I am here to sell things so I am not fussy when it comes to accepting payment,

If i have something ready to send i will try to send it within 1 business day, if something is made to order as many of my items are then this obviously takes longer, this depends on how many orders i am currently working on and how many of something is purchased, unfortunately i cannot constantly keep updating my times whenever my orders go up or down, so i will keep you informed at every step,
I aim to ship most items everywhere around the world, and i always send all items recorded with tracking and full value insurance against loss/damage/theft.
but this insurance is only valid if the goods are checked PRIOR to being signed for, and that any damage/breakages/missing items etc. are noted and mentioned BEFORE signing for the package!
so please check/inspect and unpack the package in front of the delivery person, if they refuse to wait then please clearly mark this in the paperwork you are signing. with something insured the person delivering should understand and appreciate the contents needs to be checked, and allow you to do so.
i will try my best to help with any items lost or damaged but i cannot be responsible for the companies delivering them.
CUSTOMS / VAT / TAX:
When items are sent to a country outside of Europe where i am based then there may be costs such as customs,tax or vat that need to be paid before the item can be delivered or collected, these costs are entirely for the customer to pay and not me, i have no control over them.
I try my best to reuse and recycle packaging/boxes etc. whenever possible, this is great for the environment and helps me to keep my shipping costs to a minimum which is passed on to my customers, so please understand that your item may be delivered in a used box/packaging which may even be labelled as something else, my priority is that it is safely received- not that it looks pretty.

Due to everything being handmade and usually made to order i am NOT able to accept any returns unless something is defective or an error has been made on my part.
If something doesn't work then I will not sleep until I have resolved the problem, this includes sending replacement parts etc.
If any issues arrive due to shipping then this may require action from the customer as well as myself: items are always sent as insured but the delivery needs to be checked and any problems noted BEFORE the item is signed for.
for any damages/problems noticed after the delivery has been signed for, the process is more complicated and may require the customer/recipient to take the item and packaging etc. to be shown to their local depot of the company who delivered the item in order to proceed with the claim etc.
If for any reason a return is accepted by myself then any shipping/postage costs already paid will NOT be refunded, (these shipping/postage costs may be built into the item price even if marked as 'free shipping') i can provide proof of shipping/postage costs if required)

As you can see, all the products for sale here are either totally handmade by me, handmade by someone else and restored by me, or simply antique/vintage. With these types of products and the fact that every item is totally unique, it is not at all possible to have them electrically tested/certified, i am very competent when it comes to using electrical and electronic components and materials, but unfortunately i cannot accept any responsibility for anything i have made or restored. It is always the choice and discretion of the customer to decide if something is safe to use. I always recommend the installation of any electrical items by a qualified electrician or competent person.
